The craftsmanship of this necklace could have been much better. As you might be able to tell by the picture, the chain was not connected to the wolf heads in a uniform or symmetrical way. It throws of the overall symmetry of the necklace.

I ordered the chain with Mjolnir, I patiently waited for them to arrive. After an extended period I checked the tracking package to find out that it had already been "delivered." I did not receive my package. I contacted the company and explained the situation. Without argument or delay Norse Spirit sent me a replacement. I love this necklace, although the chain did separate from the wolf’s head it’s still in great condition, I wear it to work on the assembly line and it’s held up amazingly. I put the chain back in place and it’s held up since I put it back.
