Shipping Charges
Orders over $89 are shipped free of charge.
For orders below these values, there is a shipping charge of $6.95 for domestic orders and a charge of between $8.95 and $9.50 for international orders depending on shipping location.
Some particularly heavy items like horn mugs may be subject to an additional shipping fee. This will be calculated at checkout.

Norse Spirit ships to customers worldwide. The majority of our products are shipped directly from our US warehouse. Printed products such as mugs and clothing are printed to order and shipped directly to you by our production partners so orders for multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Please also allow extra time for printed products to be prepared.
Domestic Orders
Orders typically arrive with US customers within a few days of dispatch.
We rely on USPS for deliveries and whilst we do our best to ensure that your items arrive within these timeframes we can make no guarantees regarding delivery times, especially during busy periods.
International Orders
International orders typically arrive within a few weeks of dispatch depending on your location but please note that currently Covid is causing substantial delays in getting items to international customers.
International Taxes & Import Duty
Most international orders pass through customs smoothly but sometimes parcels may be delayed due to security checks and occasionally you may be required to pay additional local import duties and/or handling charges.
Unfortunately this is entirely out of our control and we will not be held liable for any additional charges incurred. Please check with your local postal service before ordering if you are concerned about this.
If your country requires you to pay customs or import duty and you elect not to pay this, your order will be returned to us by your local postal service. In this event we will refund you the full cost of the item less the standard international shipping charge for your region once your order arrives back with us.
