Solid bracelet

Terrible experience. I never received my orders after over a month and got no reply whatsoever after numerous emails. Strongly discourage buying anything from this company. Will be filing a fraud claim with credit card company.

We have written to you on 6 separate occasions about this order.

We responded to your messages about the address error on Dec 26 and again on Dec 30. We advised you on Jan 02 that your bracelet order had been resent, and we responded to your message on Jan 05 with a summary of these previous mails.

We then wrote again on Jan 06 to advise that your mug had been resent too, and we have just responded to your latest Support Ticket today. It would appear that our mails are probably going into your SPAM/JUNK folder so if you get this message, please check there and you will see the full communications history on this order.

The design is lovely. While being well made it has a womanly look about it. It looks delicate but is sturdy.

High quality and lovely craftsmanship

The way it was packaged ensured that it would get to me safely. When the bracelet got it is was more beautiful in person that I expected. The Celtic design is phenomenal and I will but other jewelry again.
