In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your items, you may return them to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and include this number on the shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
