Delivery Times

Nearly all of our items ship directly from our US warehouse to your door and delivery times for domestic customers are typically around 3-4 days from despatch. International orders usually reach customers within a couple weeks depending on location.

Some products such as mugs, clothing, pillow covers etc are printed to order and so will take longer to ship. We rely on postal services around the world and therefore can make no guarantees regarding delivery times, especially in busy periods. 

Tracking Showing Little or no Movement

You can check the status of your order via our tracking page here.

It is often the case that international items in particular appear to be 'stuck' and don't show any movement for several days or longer. This is normal and usually indicates that parcels are passing through customs or security checks.

Please also be aware that our tracking information is ultimately provided by the carriers themselves. Whilst this is normally up to date, we have found that especially during busy periods, this isn't always the case and tracking information can sometimes lag behind. 

International Deliveries Showing as 'Delivered' But Not Received

Tracking information for International orders usually stops at the point your parcel is handed over to your national postal service. At this point, tracking information will show as 'delivered'.

Delivery to your mailbox will  be completed via your local postal services and will follow several days after this tracking status update.
