I absolutely love this pendant! The craftsmanship is great and it looks awesome. However, when I read that it was onyx, I expected a slightly different feel of the material; instead of hard mineral, it has a smooth glass feel to it. Not a drawback by any means, just unexpected. Still a stellar piece. The rope chain is sturdy and the tiger's eye complements the piece very well.

I like it, but it’s a little misleading to call it an obsidian piece. There is very little if any obsidian on it, and the actual tooth part is made of some unknown translucent stone, not mentioned. I should have gotten the other one.
